My Process

How do we get started?

First, you’ll fill out my contact form, tell me a little about your business and what type of service you’re interested in. Then we’ll schedule a call to chat more and figure out how I can best help you. After that, I’ll put together a custom project proposal outlining an estimated timeline, pricing, and anything else you might need to know about how our project will go. If all looks good, you’ll sign a contract and pay your 50% deposit to reserve your spot in my schedule until our official start date.

5 Days before we start | A Questionnaire

After booking your project, I will send you a brand questionnaire to complete so that I can gain a deeper understanding of your style, preferences and goals. You will also send me any inspiration that you have collected (references to any websites, images you love, or your Pinterest boards) and any other details you would like for me to know.

You will receive a contract and an invoice for 50% of the total will be sent to you after the meeting.

4 Days before we start | A Creative Strategy Meeting

During that meeting, I will go over your questionnaire and talk more about the goals and vision you have for your website.

3 Days before we start | Materials to get started

The requirement here will be for you to provide me with:

Your content and images in a Google Drive Folder or any file sharing platform of your choice.

If you have not connected your social media accounts and want me to do so I will need the credentials to those accounts.

If you want a newsletter setup, I would need your MailChimp or Google Drive credentials to connect it.

Any hosting credentials if you need the domain to be connected.

Week 1 | Website Design

Your website will be created on the Squarespace or the ShowIt platform, which allows for easy updates after the design process is completed. Any addition of blog or e-commerce, depending on your business's needs will be added. There is an 12 page maximum and a deadline of 1 week for any changes.

End of Week 1 | First round of revisions

I will give you a day to go over your website and give me any edits you want me to make to it.


After all items are approved, your website will go live, and I'll bring everything together to finalize your exciting new website. Included in your final branding package will be fonts, images used on website, etc. so you can use it for all future projects!


I will schedule an hour handoff meeting where I will go over the website on a screen-share so that you know how to make changes if you wish to make any.


I create a particular timeline for each project and then schedule milestones for which you will receive Google Calendar reminders and an invitation to a setup Google or Dropbox folder.

This timeline is made so that I can optimize opportunities for you to provide changes, refinements and prevents the project from being delayed.

At the end of the week, you will have a beautiful website that best reflects your values and is optimized for it to grow for years to come!


The first 50% (non-refundable) is due to reserve your spot on my waitlist. The remaining 50% is due before you receive any final files. All pricing and project details are subject to change.
You will receive all of my invoices through Square.

You will be responsible for all hosting, domain, plus any potential charges for any 3rd party services you wish to use, such as Google G Suite, MailChimp and others which I will be happy to setup for you.

I do not offer any refunds for work already done but will be available to chat through any issues or concerns.
