How will you determine if my project is the right fit?

With my consultation call, I will be able to establish what kind of goals you have, the functionality you need, and a personality fit. If for some reason we aren’t the right fit, I'm more than happy to refer you to a few other developers I collaborate with.

Do you guarantee your projected timelines?

1 week is my usual timeline, but there are always exceptions to the rule with factors like: — Lack of communication and/or feedback. — A very large or complex website. — Change in project scope (such as adding more pages or making major design changes after coding is complete). — Failure to pay an invoice on time.

Will my site be mobile-friendly?

All of my websites are built with mobile first design in mind and tested for easy mobile use.

What about SEO?

I don't claim to be an SEO expert, but I do my best to set your site up for success and providing video training on how to use it on your site. If you want to dig in deeper, I have SEO specialists that I trust and have on hand if you’d like a referral!

What is your project payment structure?

I split the payment process into two equal parts:

1) Once I've agreed on the project and decided to work together.

2) Once the site is ready for installation.

Do you write content or copy for websites?

I prefer for my clients to provide content and copy to guarantee accuracy. You know your business better than anyone else so it’s important that copy is written in your voice. However, I do collaborate with some copywriters and would be happy to chat about adding copywriting to your package.

Do you offer any post-launch support for websites?

I offer 2 weeks of post-launch website support. My client portal with tutorial videos is coming soon!
